Guest Speaker:
Myra - proprietor and Manager of Seaview house
Seaview House has the same restrictions as everyone else which is very difficult for residents. Families cannot visit their dear ones, which is really upsetting for all.
They have 51 permanent people. 94% are immunised. 100% of staff are vaccinated. So they are just waiting for a restriction change.
They cannot have people from outside for entertainment. They are doing their best to keep them engaged but it's really hard without visiting friends and family.
Financially the Seaview house is doing well. The ensuite is $460 per week. have a lot of waiting lists for those. $610 per week for that room that is overseeing the sea.
